4WD Tag-Along Tours

10 Day Hay River Track August 2027
10 Day Madigan Line 2027 (TBA)
9 Day Women’s Simpson Desert Crossing

and many more.

We’ve been conducting 4WD tag-along tours since 2004, taking people into some of Australia’s most memorable remote and outback destinations and receiving consistently enthusiastic, unsolicited feedback along the way.

Our tours are designed for people who want more than simply following a convoy from one campsite to the next. We place a strong emphasis on good preparation, practical support, safe remote-area travel and making the journey itself part of the experience.

Whether you’re tackling the Simpson Desert, the Hay River Track or one of our women-only expeditions, you’ll travel with experienced leaders who understand the country, the vehicles and the challenges that come with genuine outback travel.

You don’t need to be an expert four-wheel-driver to join us. We welcome experienced travellers and those who are still building their confidence, and we’re always happy to help people develop their skills along the way.

Our tours attract people who enjoy travelling with a friendly group but still want the freedom and independence that comes with taking their own vehicle into remote Australia.

Join Us on the Tour of a Lifetime

If one of our scheduled tours doesn’t quite suit what you’re looking for, we also offer commissioned tours.

Gather a group of around six vehicles and we can design a tour specifically around your interests, preferred destinations, available time and level of adventure.

From iconic desert crossings to lesser-travelled tracks and remote destinations, talk to us about creating the trip you’ve always wanted to do.

Driver Training

Whether you drive for work, recreation or everyday life, we provide practical driver training designed to build safer habits, greater confidence and better decision-making behind the wheel.

We deliver corporate and workplace driver training, 4WD Drive and Recover, Low Risk Driver Training, Bush Mechanics, Car Care for Women and Learn to Tow courses, with programs available for organisations, groups and individual drivers.

Since 2004, we have delivered professional driver training for organisations including BHP Billiton, Queensland Ambulance and many others, as well as training field staff, agronomists, research personnel and drivers working in regional and remote environments.

Corporate and Workplace Driver Training

We specialise in tailored Low Risk Driver Training for 2WD and 4WD vehicles, helping organisations identify and address the real-world skills, behaviours and risks affecting their employees.

Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all program, training can be adapted to your organisation’s vehicles, operating environment and the experience of your drivers.

Where appropriate, cognitive assessment can also be incorporated using CogniFit™, helping identify areas such as attention, concentration and other cognitive abilities that may influence driving performance.

Whether you need training for one driver, a small team or employees across multiple locations, talk to us about a program built around what your people actually need to do safely and confidently on the road.
